Question 1

What is a Harvestingtrees.com agricultural subscription membership?

Accepted Answer

It's a 10-year harvest membership that connects you with a specific Medjool date palm on our Coachella Valley estate. You receive seasonal farm video updates, annual produce allocations shipped free, annual marketplace loyalty credits, and access to our member dashboard.

Question 2

Is the price per year or a one-time payment?

Accepted Answer

It's a one-time payment covering your full 10-year membership term. No annual fees, no hidden charges. One price — a decade of produce, marketplace credits, and farm updates.

Question 3

How do the annual marketplace credits work?

Accepted Answer

Each year you receive Harvestingtrees Marketplace Credits. Tier 1: 20 credits/yr ($22 value). Tier 2: 45 credits/yr ($49.50 value). Tier 3: 90 credits/yr ($99 value). Each credit is worth $1.10 in marketplace purchasing power. Credits are redeemable only on Harvestingtrees.com.

Question 4

Do I own the tree or the land?

Accepted Answer

No. You purchase an agricultural subscription membership — not ownership of a tree, land, or any agricultural asset. Your membership gives you produce benefits, farm content, loyalty credits, and marketplace perks.

Question 5

Is produce shipping really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all harvest shipments included in your membership tier ship free, every year. We ship directly from the farm to your door with no delivery charges.
